This recipe is so simple and easy to prep. The longest part of this Greek Feta Mint Turkey Burger recipe is the baking time. You combine all ingredients into a bowl, form the patties onto a baking pan, and bake! Voilà! They are so flavorful you don’t even need a dip or anything to go with them.

What Should I Eat With My Greek Feta Mint Turkey Burgers

We enjoy our Greek Feta Mint Turkey Burgers with a side of plain cucumber slices and tzatziki sauce or it would also be good with a simple cucumber and tomato salad. A variety of raw vegetables would be great with the burger. You can buy premade tzatziki sauce at the store or you can easily make your own.

If you would like a good carb to go with it, any of these options would be great. Orzo, pasta, Greek rice, gluten free pita bread and tzatziki sauce, or a bun.

I typically opt out of using a bun altogether, but you could add a gluten free bun to make it a complete burger if you prefer. I like to save my carbs for more fun things!
