Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil
In a medium mixing bowl, beat 1 large egg.
Add all other ingredients to bowl: 1 pound lean ground turkey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup mint, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, 1 tbsp Greek Seasoning of choice.
Mix all ingredients. Mixing with hands works best so you can mix and crumble the feta cheese or you can use a fork or a meat masher utensil.
Form mixture into 6 round patties. Place patties on foil lined baking pan.
Bake turkey burger patties for 10 minutes. Flip patties over and bake for another 10 minutes. Burgers should reach internal temperature of 165℉.
Serve by itself, on a bun, or with tzatziki sauce! This burger is great with plain cucumbers or a cucumber tomato salad.
