Welcome to my gluten free blog! My name is Tamara and I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2018. I have always been a foodie and loved trying new foods whether it’s in my hometown or while traveling. I live in the Tulsa area with my husband, two sweet boys, and fur pup. My husband has a culinary background and I love to eat. Together, we enjoy finding restaurants and trying new recipes for our family that are gluten free but continue to taste amazing!
