High Protein Low Carb Tuna Salad

This flavorful tuna salad recipe is high in protein, low in carbs, and lower in fat than other tuna salad recipes. It remains flavorful and moist without all the added fat.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz tuna (in water, drained) (StarKist was used in this recipe)
  • 2 tbsp lowfat cottage cheese (Daisy was used)
  • 2 tbsp light mayo (Kraft was used)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 whole baby dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 whole boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Drain can of tuna.
  • Mix all ingredients together in one bowl.
  • Serve it by itself or with vegetables, crackers, pretzels or make a tuna sandwich!
