When I heard about Little Caesars’ gluten free pizza, I was so excited! I figured it wouldn’t taste as good as the ones in store but it was worth a try. I got mine in the mail this week and immediately tried it! My husband (non gluten free eater) and I both loved it! It’s definitely at the top of the frozen pizza list. This pizza is a gluten free crust but it is topped with Little Caesars’ famous pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
Is the pizza made in the same facility as gluten containing ingredients?
I contacted Little Caesars fundraising and this was their response regarding production and cross contact.
“The crust is manufactured, packaged, and sealed at the Gluten Free facility. All our kit components are packaged and sealed before they arrive to our facility and assembled into a kit. The cheese, pepperoni, and sauce do not contact gluten containing ingredients.”
How to Purchase the Little Caesars Gluten Free Kit
The gluten free pizza kit at Little Caesars is only available through the Little Caesars Fundraising. You do not have to have a fundraiser to purchase through, but you do have to purchase at the Little Caesars Fundraising link. They will select a fundraiser for you at checkout.

- 2 – 10 inch Pizza Crusts
- 2 Packages of Pizza Sauce
- 2 Packages of Cheese
- 1 Package of Pepperoni
Packaging and Handling
The kit I purchased arrived in a box with two freezer packs on top of the pizza. It recommends to freeze immediately. The instructions provided said the pizzas could be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days and in the freezer for up to 90 days. The pizza crusts and ingredients for each pizza are packaged separately, so I was able to freeze one pizza and refrigerate the other one.
Baking Instructions
These instructions are listed on the product link and provided in the box upon arrival, but I will copy them here for you as well.
- Place oven rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Remove crust from wrapper and spread pizza sauce with spoon to 3/4″ from edge of crust.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza sauce. Place topping(s) as desired.
- Carefully place pizza directly onto the oven rack.
- Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of the crust are golden brown. Ovens may vary, so cooking time or temperature may need to be adjusted.
- Carefully remove from oven, let cool 3 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
