Gluten Free Las Vegas

Gluten free in Las Vegas took some research but there are plenty of options that are super delicious! We have been traveling to Las Vegas each summer, the last two years, as a little mom and dad getaway. Before our frist trip, I joined a Las Vegas Gluten Free Celiac Support Facebook group to gather ideas of where I would be able to safely eat. These recommendations did not disappoint! We ended up going to all the same places our second time around because my husband and I both enjoyed them so much. I have checked to make sure these restaurants are all still open and offering their gluten free menu during the time of this post. In this post, I am listing the restaurants, links to their menu if available, and what we had to eat there.

None of the restaurants we went to are a dedicated gluten free restaurant. Be aware, there is a risk of cross contact. My husband loves buffets so we did go to the buffets, however, I know a lot of people do not like to do that for fear of getting sick from cross contact. With that said, I am very sensitive and I did not get sick any of the times we have been to the buffets listed.

Mon Ami Gabi

Mon Ami Gabi was such a good restaurant! We ate there a couple of times during our four day visit. This restaurant is located inside of Paris Hotel on the strip. I had two things that are not listed on the menu: gluten free toast and jam and gluten free waffles. They were both delicious. They also have FRENCH TOAST blueberries, blueberry syrup, whipped cream on the menu that are gluten free. I almost ordered that.

The waffles, bacon, and toast were delicious. *The bread on the other plate was not gluten free but the rest of the plate was if you were to order (just ask for the gf bread). *

Yardbird in The Venetian

Yardbird was one of our favorites! It’s hard to find gluten free fried chicken made in a separate fryer and they do this at Yardbird Las Vegas. It is located in The Venetian Resort. Their gluten free fried chicken is to die for! Make a reservation online to avoid a long wait.

Wicked Spoon Buffet at Cosmopolitan

Wicked Spoon Buffet is located in the Cosmopolitan. We always go when they first open in the morning to avoid cross contact and because we want to eat the breakfast buffet, anyway. The chef there is wonderful and each time we go he walks us through the buffet and identifies all the safe options even though most of it is marked. They can also make a few things separately. They have so many good options. I love how a lot of their buffet food is prepared individually for less risk of cross contact. This buffet also has a bottomless mimosa option if you’re into that.

Their Huevos Rancheros was so good!

They mark GF at the top left of each card. The chef will tell you during the tour if something isn’t marked.

The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas

The buffet at Wynn Las Vegas has a wonderful selection of gluten free foods. We have only been to this buffet for dinner so cross contact is more of a risk. Again, I had the chef walk me through the buffet. Not everything is labeled and this was helpful to know what could be made separately for me. Lots of things at this buffet are prepared individually so it does reduce the risk of cross contact. We signed up for priority seating to get through the line faster but you do have to pre-pay to do this.

The gluten free ravioli and marinara sauce and gluten free fried rice were made separately upon special request.

Evel Pie near Fremont St

I loved the deep dish pizza at Evel Pie. It’s a treat to eat there when we hit up Fremont street especially because we don’t want a huge meal while walking up and down. Evel Pie is a cool, dive bar with some booths.

Gordon Ramsey Hell’s Kitchen

Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen is right outside the Caesar’s Palace. This was our splurge meal the first time we went to Las Vegas. We enjoyed everything we had here but it is an expensive meal. They have a great menu and even though it doesn’t show allergens on the menu, they are knowledgeable when asked. They do have a separate vegetarian and vegan menu. The waiter we had was very knowledgeable on their gluten free options. One of our meals came out incorrectly so our lovely waiter sent us free champagne and a coconut dessert!

In-N-Out Burger

In-N-Out Burger – Las Vegas, NV, 3545 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Ste L24. is the location we went to on the strip. This was right near our resort so it’s awesome to be able to grab something on the go. Also, we love In-N-Out and eat there any chance we get because we don’t have one near us in the Tulsa area. Sad face. I did not get a photo of our meal but I always get the burger wrapped in lettuce and french fries – always animal style! Is there any other way??

Other recommended Las Vegas restaurants for Gluten Free Dining

From the research I did, we had too many restaurants to choose from with gluten free options. Here is a list of other restaurants recommended to us that we did not try. I cannot vouch for these restaurants or their safety but wanted to list them in case you want to check them out yourself. I did look up several and did not see gluten free on many menus. I will be trying a couple of these next time I go and will report back!

  • Waffle Brothers – reportedly has a separate waffle maker and fryer! This is going to the top of my “must try” list.
  • Senza Gluten-Free Bakery was highly recommended, but we didn’t go that far off the strip
  • Lazy Joe’s fish and chips
  • Crepe Expectations has gluten free crepes. Tell them you have celiac and request they clean the griddle.
  • Settebello Pizzeria: menu/order online at this link. It does have gluten free option under “toppings”
  • Ferraris Italian
  • Starburst Parlor is 100% gluten free.
  • True Food Kitchen in the Forum Shops at Caesars: gluten free pizza
  • Bobby Flays in Caesar’s

  • Veranda at four seasons- reportedly off menu gf items you have to ask
  • 9 Fine Irishmen in NYNY – ask for GF menu
  • Flour and Barley Pizza: Located between the Linq and Flamingo. *Uses wheat starch so it isn’t safe for wheat allergies.
  • Paris hotel: Montenaros – an Italian restaurant with gf pasta options, Asian restaurant at the front
  • Paris Hotel: La Creperie – reportedly can make gluten free but I don’t see it on the menu.
  • Benihana in Westgate
