Gluten Free Sushi at Caribbean Sushi in Broken Arrow, OK

Caribbean Sushi in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma has a great gluten free menu. They are not a dedicated kitchen and do have risk of cross contamination. Eating gluten free at Caribbean Sushi is so easy because they do take great precautions when you notify your waiter that you are gluten free and/or Celiac. It is such a small place, and all the staff is super friendly and aware of allergies. We enjoy dining in but getting their food to go is perfect, too. They even have gluten free soy sauce upon request! My favorite rolls to get are the Veggie Roll and the Shrimp Roll. We also enjoy the Edamame and Arepitas for appetizers, as well.
