It is freezing cold where we live right now! We tried going outside, we hung for a bit, then we had to bail because our hands and our cheeks were bright red and hands were burning!
We quickly got bored being stuck back inside and a friend of mine sent me this genius idea. My boys loved it!
How to Make a DIY Winter Snow Sensory Bin
- Get a waterproof bin. I used these bins that I got at IKEA. They are only $3 and so handy!
- Throw in some waterproof toys such as fidget toys, cups, bowls, spoons, cars, animals, little people, monster trucks, etc. Then add the star of the show – SNOW!
- Have fun!!
