A gluten free diet doesn’t have to be boring or carb free. I love eating healthy and living by the 80/20 rule so you will see healthy meals on my website. However, having an indulgent breakfast every now and then is a must for me! This is a great gluten free breakfast idea to make on the weekend or you can even reheat it the next day.
This is such an easy recipe! You can even grab a box of gluten free biscuit mix you may already have on hand and throw it together for the biscuits if you don’t want to mess with making biscuits from scratch!
